These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and delivery of event planning and design services by Rafey Events & Farms("we", "us", "our") for weddings, birthdays, pool parties, BBQ evenings, private celebrations and corporate events. By submitting a booking request or paying a deposit, you agree to the terms below.
A booking is provisional until a signed proposal and the applicable advance deposit are received. Dates are held on a first-confirmed basis and are not guaranteed until this step is complete.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is scheduled in three milestones: an advance deposit at confirmation, a second installment at the midpoint of planning, and the final balance no later than seven days before the event date.
Guest-count or service changes made close to the event date may affect the final invoice and will be communicated before they are applied.
Deposits secure vendor bookings, venue holds and staffing, and are non-refundable once paid. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit only; cancellations made within 60 days may also be liable for costs already committed to third-party vendors on your behalf.
Rescheduling requests are accommodated where possible, subject to venue and vendor availability on the new date.
We will deliver the services outlined in your signed proposal with reasonable care and skill, using the venues, vendors and materials agreed upon during planning. Where a specific product (such as a particular flower variety) is unavailable due to seasonality or supply, we will substitute with an equivalent of comparable quality and notify you in advance where practical.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate guest counts, venue access arrangements and any special requirements in a timely manner, and for obtaining any permissions required at a privately booked venue (such as a family home or farmhouse) for setup, catering or entertainment.
Where a client chooses to engage an outside vendor (for example, an independent photographer) alongside our services, that vendor's own terms apply to their work, and we coordinate scheduling on a best-effort basis but are not liable for that vendor's performance.
We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, venue restrictions, or events of force majeure. Our liability for any confirmed booking is limited to the total value of fees paid for that event.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
